Next Level Resource Partners' founders, Mark Hayden and Sean Butler have been building the company's underlying platform for over 15 years. Since 2006, we have provided business services to outside companies. In 2014 we formally launched Next Level and built an independent team to provide our technology and service architecture to growing start up and middle market companies nationwide, with senior management strategically located in three key regions; Denver, Chicago, and Greenwich, CT.
We wanted to build a company that could help accelerate the growth and development of new ideas.
Mark started NLRP in 2014 and is Co-Founder, CEO, and Chairman. In addition to his work with NLRP, Mark is the founder and CEO of Harrow Sports, Inc. Prior to this, he was the founder and CEO of gloProfessional, Vice President of Finance at Boston Chicken, Regional President of Einstein's Bagels, and a founding partner of Blockbuster Video Midwest, the first and largest franchisee of the Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation.
Sean oversees day-to-day operational direction and strategy, bringing more than 30 years of consumer packaged goods industry expertise, executive management experience, and sales team leadership to his role with the Company. Before joining NLRP, Butler Co-Founded glō Professional with Mark Hayden and served as its President until he resigned to pursue NLRP full time in 2015.
Jeremy directs the operational aspects of the apparel production and finishing department in Denver and is responsible for the Company’s extensive embellishment group. In total, Jeremy's organization consists of more than two hundred employees. Jeremy joined NLRP in 2014, adopting modern slow fashion techniques with an emphasis on producing high quality athletic apparel and team uniforms for NLRP’s service customers.
Frank joined NLRP in 2016 and is responsible for distribution processes and facilities. Frank brings over thirty years of experience in Supply Chain beginning his career at the Sam Goody’s warehouse in 1985. With experience ranging from small and medium sized businesses to Fortune 100 companies. Frank’s background includes Integrated Supply, 3PL Distribution, and E-Commerce.
Keith leads the NLRP, Harrow Sports, and Victory Athletic sales teams, bringing over 10 years of sales leadership experience to the position. Prior to joining NLRP, Krasney was at Harrow Sports where he was instrumental in creating business opportunities and driving sales productivity. Before joining Harrow in 2013, Krasney served as the National Sales and Marketing Manager for Trend-Tronics and ZN Production Company in Illinois.
